I would like to welcome all participants and paper presenters to the 2009 IEEE Regional Symposium on Micro and Nano Electronics (IEEE-RSM2009) held from 10th to 12th August 2009.
The conference can be attended by anybody and the registration is open until the conference day. I hope you will enjoy the conference technical and social programs as well as the beautiful city of Kota Bharu, Kelantan, Malaysia, situated at the east-coast of the peninsular Malaysia.
RSM is organized by the Electron Devices Chapter of IEEE Malaysia Section and technically co-sponsored by Electron Devices Society.
This year, we have separated the technical program into several group sessions allowing participants to select the topical area of their choice. Only papers presented during the conference will be included in the final proceedings and will appear in IEEE Xplore. Papers which were not presented during the conference (although they were accepted) will not appear in the final proceedings and in IEEE Xplore.
